Refund policy

Made to order
Every Lezepok print is produced on demand, specifically for your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind on made-to-order prints.

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at info@lezepok.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — no questions asked.

EU consumer rights
For customers in the European Union: the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Directive 2011/83/EU). Your statutory warranty rights for defective products remain fully unaffected.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few additional days to process the amount. Questions? info@lezepok.com.
